Megabass Respect 37
GG Moss Ore has existed in the Megabass lineup since the late 1990s, but until its Respect Series release it has only ever been used on one lure: the X-55. The name is straightforward shorthand for moss green and orange, and although the holographic, baitfish-like body with an orange belly looks like a plain natural pattern, it was actually the only orange-belly, appeal-focused option in the X-55’s color lineup at the time — the translucent moss-green back is the distinctly Megabass touch that sets it apart.
Because it doesn’t imitate any one specific baitfish, it has held up across a wide range of fields and conditions, and since the X-55 itself was built trout-focused, this color quietly built a following among trout anglers as well as bass anglers. Even after more than twenty years, it still works on the Vision Oneten as a genuinely versatile, all-around color rather than one tied to a single situation.
