HT Sayori

HT Sayori is built around a soft olive-green back over a translucent silver body, with a holographic scale shimmer running down the top half of the flank and a warm pink blush at the throat just behind the gill. The name references sayori, the Japanese halfbeak, a slender surface-schooling baitfish recognized by its elongated lower jaw, and this finish leans toward the softer, more subdued end of that fish’s coloring rather than a harder, flashier rendition.

Halfbeak run in tight schools near the surface, and a slim, subtle profile like this one is suited to imitating that behavior over open water or along current lines where the real bait is likely to be moving through. It’s a good option worked with a walking or twitch retrieve just under the surface, where the translucent body and gentle color shift look most like a school of halfbeak skating along the top.
