Megabass Respect 30
Crystal Lime Frog is another mid-2000s custom color, built only for topwater plugs like the original Dog-X and PopX. The name comes from its resemblance to a tree frog’s coloring — a vivid lime green over a clear base with pale gold pearl patterning — and it stood out at the time because the other Megabass frog colors, Tonosama Frog and Cracked Mat Frog, were both solid, non-transparent finishes rather than this appeal-focused clear one.
Despite how bright it looks out of the water, the clear body blends into the water surprisingly naturally, which has made it a strong choice for picking off active bass holding tight to structure where visibility matters. It’s also never been used on an underwater lure until now — the Vision Oneten marks the first time this color has left the topwater plugs it was originally built for.
